The Induction Training for Industrial Court Staff

The Induction training for Staff  was held on 2nd November 2019 at Hill Side plaza Hotel by Industrial Court, the inaugural opening was done by the Chief Judge of the Industrial Court of Uganda Hon. Justice Asaph Ruhinda Ntengye. In his remarks the Chief Judge urged the participants to exhibit high level of integrity and professionalism, while executing their duties, because they are the face of the Industrial Court.

The Occasion was graced by the presence of  Hon. Justice Linda Lilian  Tumusiime Mugisha who elaborated more about work environment as in regard to conduct and etiquette. The Registrar Her Worship Sylvia Nabaggala took the trainers through broader understanding of the various activities carries out at the industrial court premises.

Closing remarks were given by the Ag. Commissioner Human Resource (MGLSD) Ms. Harriet Kyomuhendo concluded that it’s important for the newly inducted Staff to act like public savants and Know that you are there to serve. Having said the above, she announced the official closing of the training by awarding the participants with certificates.
